How do I start?
Choose your plan, complete the onboarding assessment form, book your Google Meet call, download the app, and receive your 1st personalized 6-week plan.
Is this right for me if I am in pain or returning from injury?
Yes. I design your plan around your diagnosis, phase of recovery, and daily limits. We start with most comfortable angle of range of motions, build confidence, then strength.
What if I am scared I will make it worse?
We remove guesswork. I set safe angles, ranges, and tempo. If something pinches, we change the angle, not your goals. 15 years experience physiotherapist helping people with limitations, I learned how to overcome them in the best way.
I am very busy. Can this still work?
Yes. We match sessions to your real schedule. Short, focused training beats perfect plans you cannot follow. We target efficiency, making the best exercises for your case, in the best way, within the time you have available.
I do not have equipment. Can I start?
Yes. You can begin with bodyweight and simple items at home. With minimum equipment like a set of elastic bands already brings a lot of possibilities. If you add more types of bands and/or dumbbells later, I evolve the workout for the next cycle.
How do I know my form is correct?
The explanation videos made by me, are the same way I explain to my patients or in person clients are available for you anytime you wants to check. The videos are on average 2-4min long, about every detail of the exercise and how to adapt in case it is need. You can also upload short clips in the app. I check your technique, cue adjustments, and tweak your plan so each rep is effective.
Is there a guarantee that I’ll be pain-free?
I don’t promise “pain-free” for every case. Pain has many causes and timelines. What I do guarantee is a safe, structured process: a plan tailored to your diagnosis and life, clear exercise videos, ongoing chat support, video form checks, and adjustments when your body speaks. Most clients feel more confident and move better within the first 2-3 weeks when they follow the plan. We track your pain (1–10), function, and strength each cycle.
How often do I get a new plan?
Every 6 weeks. Week 1 uses pain free range of motion to build tolerance and confidence. Program adjustments according to the needs. Weeks 2 to 5 focus on increasing your strength in the best range of motion you have. Week 6 with a different and upgraded program, we increase loading safely as symptoms allow. In some cases, I also adjust mid cycle if needed.
Can I keep my sport or gym routine?
Yes. We adapt your sport or gym work so you can stay active while you heal.
How does chat support work?
You can message me inside the app. I review your updates, answer questions, guide you through adaptations and adjust your plan when/if needed.
Which app do we use?
Trainerize. Your workouts, messages, and video uploads stay organized in one place. User friendly, interactive, guiding you through the workout, counting the rest time for you so you dont have to worry about it. We keep the data from every workout in the records (loading, reps, difficulty...) to track progression.
When will I feel a difference?
Many clients feel more confident and clear in the first weeks. The first change should definitely be the functionality, as the pain reduces, the movements improve. Strength and visible changes build across cycles with consistent training and nutrition. Keeping in mind that rest and proper sleep are part of recovery, to move again, then improve.
What happens after my initial term ends?
Your plan continues month to month at the same monthly price for your plan unless you switch plans. You can cancel any month after your initial package with at least 48 hours notice before the next billing cycle.
